Community Support
Meet others
virtually
At Ocular Melanoma UK, we want to bring people together as we can make Ocular Melanoma feel a little less rare.
Join us most weeks on a Tuesday evening or Friday morning to meet other people online and talk through what is on your mind.
This event is open to members and non-members.
Meet others in person
As part of our community support programme, our small team of volunteer Local Ambassadors are placed throughout the UK and arrange face-to-face meetings in their local area. These are for patients, or anyone affected by ocular melanoma, including family and friends.
These events are for members only, so join us today to hear more about upcoming events.
Facebook Community Groups
Our groups are open to members of Ocular Melanoma UK, and have the privacy level “closed”, which means that only members of the group can see the posts. If you are not a Facebook user, you may want to consider registering for a profile so you can access this tremendous source of support. If you need help signing up for Facebook, please call our Helpline for assistance.
We also host regular meetings on Zoom for members and non-members to speak to others with similar experiences. You can find details of these meetings by visiting our Events page.
